Complaints Policy
Complaints Policy
The Iraqi Journal for Applied Science (IJAS) is committed to handling complaints in a fair, transparent, confidential, and timely manner. Complaints may relate to editorial decisions, peer-review procedures, publication ethics, conflicts of interest, publication delays, author or reviewer conduct, or other aspects of the journal's editorial and publishing activities.
All complaints are acknowledged upon receipt and are evaluated objectively by the Editor-in-Chief and, where appropriate, the Editorial Board or independent experts. Investigations are conducted in accordance with the journal's editorial policies and the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
The journal is committed to resolving complaints impartially, protecting the confidentiality of all parties involved, and implementing appropriate corrective actions whenever necessary to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.
Authors, reviewers, readers, and other stakeholders may submit complaints through the journal's official communication channels. Complaints should include sufficient information and supporting documentation, where applicable, to facilitate a thorough and efficient review.
