Manuscript Preparation
Authors must prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the journal’s formatting and structural requirements. Proper manuscript preparation ensures a smooth review process and reduces delays in publication.
1. General Requirements

Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and professional English

The manuscript must follow the official IJAS template

The file should be submitted in Microsoft Word format
2. Structure of the Manuscript
The manuscript should be organized as follows:

Author(s) Information (for final version only)

Abstract (200–300 words)

Keywords (4–6 keywords)

Materials and Methods

Results and Discussion

3. Title and Abstract

The title should be concise and descriptive

The abstract should clearly summarize the purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion
4. Figures and Tables

All figures and tables must be clearly labeled

Each figure/table must have a caption

Figures must be high quality

All figures and tables must be cited in the text
5. References

References must follow the IEEE citation style

All references must be cited within the text

Ensure accuracy and completeness of references
6. Language Quality
Authors are encouraged to ensure that the manuscript is free from grammatical and linguistic errors. Professional editing is recommended where necessary.
7. File Preparation for Review
For the double-blind review process:

The manuscript must not contain author names or affiliations

Remove any identifying information from the document
8. Final Submission
After acceptance, authors will be required to submit the final version including full author details and any necessary corrections.
