Responsibilities of the Editorial Office
The Editorial Office is responsible for:

Managing manuscript submissions and editorial screening.

Coordinating the double-anonymous peer-review process.

Communicating with authors, reviewers, and Editorial Board members.

Monitoring compliance with journal policies and publication ethics.

Managing production, publication, and issue scheduling.

Maintaining article metadata, DOI registration, and archiving records.

Supporting indexing, abstracting, and scholarly visibility initiatives.
