The Iraqi Journal for Applied Science (IJAS) is an international peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the University of Diyala, Iraq.
IJAS is committed to maintaining complete transparency regarding its financial support and editorial independence.
Sources of Revenue
The journal's operational and publishing activities are supported through one or more of the following sources:
- Article Processing Charges (APCs) paid by authors after manuscript acceptance, where applicable.
- Institutional support provided by the University of Diyala.
- Editorial and administrative support from the publisher.
- Other legitimate academic or research funding sources that comply with the journal's ethical standards.
Editorial Independence
Revenue generated through publication fees or institutional support has no influence whatsoever on editorial decisions.
All submitted manuscripts undergo an independent double-blind peer review process based solely on:
- Scientific quality
- Originality
- Technical soundness
- Relevance to the journal's scope
- Ethical compliance
Editorial decisions are made independently by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board without interference from authors, sponsors, institutions, or financial contributors.
