The Iraqi Journal for Applied Science (IJAS) is supported and funded by the University of Diyala, Iraq.
The journal operates under the academic and administrative supervision of the university, which provides the necessary infrastructure, technical support, and editorial resources to ensure the sustainability and quality of the publication process.
IJAS does not receive external commercial funding. The journal maintains full editorial independence, and all editorial decisions are made based on academic merit, scientific quality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.

The journal is committed to transparency in all financial matters. Any publication-related charges, including Article Processing Charges (APC), are clearly stated on the journal website.
